Agreement

This website is operated by Biovexity Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company with its office at #20 – 40 Quarry Street East, Suite 1003, Cochrane, Alberta T4C 0W6, Canada. In these terms, “Biovexity”, “we” and “us” mean Biovexity Inc.

These terms govern your use of biovexity.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes Biovexity's testing and coaching services and lets you join a waitlist or request a discovery call. It is information and marketing. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a booking, or a contract for services. Any services Biovexity provides to you will be governed by a separate agreement made at that time.

Not medical advice

Biovexity provides health and performance assessment and coaching. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this site should be treated as any of those. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician or other qualified health professional.

Speak with a physician about any medical concern, before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, and before acting on anything you read here. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something on this website. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911.

General information on this site describes what is typical. It is not specific to you, and individual results from testing or programming vary.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not reserve an appointment, guarantee availability, or create any obligation on either side. We may close, pause or change the waitlist at any time.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it will always be available. Content may change without notice.

The Biovexity app

The Biovexity mobile app is a separate product with its own terms and privacy policy, presented in the app and on its store listings. Downloading it from a link on this site puts you under those terms, not these.

Links to other sites

This site links to the App Store, Google Play, a calendar booking page and other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The Biovexity name, the Biovexity logo, and the text, images, design and code of this site are owned by Biovexity or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or adapt them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Peakspan is not a Biovexity trademark and Biovexity claims no ownership of it. It is a term from the published scientific literature, introduced by Zhavoronkov, Ying and Wilczok in Aging and Disease (2026), and Biovexity uses it in the sense given there.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, submit anyone else's personal information without their permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Biovexity is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the cookies policy. Both form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
